Leadership

Leadership exercises help cadets to develop their leadership and followership skills by getting them to complete exercises as a team.

The cadets are taught how to use SMEAC and provided with tips and encouragement on how to work as a team and lead exercises. Should a cadet wish to obtain the gold badge then they can complete a week long residential course that builds on the cadets knowledge and skills.
